(CNN) — Final week’s winter climate journey mess is lingering like a hangover into this week — and the complications are significantly unhealthy for Southwest Airways and its passengers on Monday.
Southwest accounts for an enormous share of these. The Dallas-headquartered airline has canceled greater than half of its flights, or greater than 2,000 complete flights, on Monday, in response to FlightAware.
On social media, clients are complaining about lengthy strains to talk with representatives, issues with misplaced luggage and extreme wait instances or busy alerts on the airline’s customer support phone strains.
