Advisory firm Lufthansa Consulting has won a contract to manage ToMontenegro’s complete start-up process preparation and develop a long-term plan for the carrier, including future network and fleet structure. Lufthansa Consulting is an independent subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group and has provided services and solutions to the air transportation industry worldwide. These include airlines, airports and aviation authorities, as well as related industries such as ground handling companies, cargo terminal operators, aircraft manufacturers and financial institutions. Lufthansa Consulting will begin working with ToMontenegro as of next Monday in order to clearly define the airline’s strategy and structure.
