Bhubaneswar: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented Union Budget 2021-22 in the Lok Sabha on February 1. This budget was special in many ways as it was being presented in the midst of a never-seen-before crisis as the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sitharaman quoted Rabindranath Tagore – “Faith is the bird that feels the light and sings when the dawn is still dark,” referring to the challenging circumstances we are battling today.
